What’s included in our coaching?

Before your program begins, your coach will review your movement history and current abilities to establish clear starting points.

A training plan built for your goals, schedule, equipment, and starting point. Updated as you progress.

You’ll submit your training videos weekly. Your coach then reviews every clip and sends detailed feedback on form, timing, and next steps.

Questions between sessions? Send them over. Your coach is available for ongoing support throughout your program.
How it works

Download the Prismatic Strength app and fill out a short application so we can learn about your goals, training history, and current situation. It’s important to us that our approach is the right fit for every client we work with.

Once you're in, we'll pair you with the coach best suited to your goals, experience level.

Your coach builds a baseline assessment to understand where you're starting.
You’ll then follow your program. Submit videos weekly, get feedback, ask questions. Repeat.
As you get stronger, your program evolves. New progressions, new challenges, and skills that finally start to click.
Our process

01 - Assess
After signing up for training and being paired with one of our expert coaches, you’ll download our training app and go through a detailed movement assessment.

02 - Address
Next, your coach will upload a program for you based on your movement assessment and evaluation forms - Taking into consideration: time available, equipment, goals, and limitations.

03 - Apply
You’ll update your coach weekly on your progress and get feedback on how to progress. We’ll keep close track of your progress over time, and after 4 weeks, you’ll receive a new plan to continue improving.

No. This is asynchronous coaching. You train on your own schedule, submit videos weekly, and receive detailed feedback from your coach. No scheduled session times means no calendar juggling.

Most clients train with minimal equipment: pull-up bar, parallettes, rings, and floor space.

That depends on your schedule and recovery capacity. We generally require a minimum of 3 days per week to see consistent progress. Some clients are able to train more, but we build your program around your life.

We work with clients who have nagging issues on a regular basis. That said, you should be cleared by a doctor and able to train without acute pain.

This program isn't for single-skill training. We focus on building all-around strength, mobility, and control. The skills come as a byproduct of that foundation.

You’ll lose access to the app, but you are able to print out your program so you can repeat it as long as you’d like.
We run this program Feb 1st, May 1st, and November 1st so you can always rejoin for coaching support!
