How it works

  • Download the Prismatic Strength app and fill out a short application so we can learn about your goals, limitations, and schedule.

  • Once you're in, we'll pair you with the coach best suited to your goals, experience level.

  • You’ll perform a movement assessment to establish baselines in your strength, mobility, and control.

    You’ll then receive and follow your program. Submit videos weekly, get feedback, ask questions. Repeat.

    01 - Assess

    After signing up for training and download our training app, you’ll be paired with one of our expert coaches and go through a movement assessment.

    02 - Address

    Next, your coach will upload an 8 week program for you based on your movement assessment and evaluation forms - Taking into consideration: current level, time available, equipment, goals, and limitations.

    03 - Apply

    You’ll update your coach weekly on your progress by uploading videos directly to our app and get feedback on how to progress.

Still have questions? Take a look through the FAQs or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and click the “Get Started” button above. After submitting payment, we’ll send over an invite to our training app where you’ll fill out a form and find your movement assessment.

  • You’ll have access to the app for an additional 2 weeks if you didn’t finish up. After that, you’ll lose access to the app, but you are able to print out your program so you can repeat it as long as you’d like.

    Alternatively, you can talk to your coach about the right next step for you and how to continue receiving coaching support beyond this 8 week course.

  • No. This is asynchronous coaching. You train on your own schedule, submit videos weekly, and receive detailed feedback from your coach. No scheduled session times means no calendar juggling.

  • Minimal equipment: pull-up bar, parallettes, rings, wall and floor space.

  • That depends on your schedule and recovery capacity but we require a minimum of 3 days per week to see consistent progress.

  • We work with clients who have nagging issues on a regular basis. That said, you should be cleared by a doctor and able to train without acute pain.

  • This program isn't for single-skill training. We focus on building all-around strength, mobility, and control. The skills come as a byproduct of that foundation.
