  • Training videos stored in Google Workspace may be retained for promotional purposes only with client consent.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day refund and cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase. Full terms are outlined in our Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions.
